How we work, and what we won't do
Most value pages are decorations. Every one below has a mechanism behind it, and you can check any of them on a call.
Speed with precision
Work starts within 24 hours of the onboarding call. If something is going to slip, you hear it days out, not on the day. A deadline you knew was at risk a week ago is a scheduling problem. One you find out about on the day is a trust problem.
Quality that holds up
A senior SEO reviews every specialist’s output weekly before it reaches you. That review exists so your account manager can pass work to a client without reading it line by line first.
Ownership without chasing
A task is ours from assignment to completion. If we are stuck waiting on access, a brief, or a decision on your side, you hear about it the day it happens. Blockers surface early or they are not blockers, they are excuses.
Dependability by default
Everything runs month to month with 30 days’ notice. No annual contract holds anyone in place, which means the next month has to be earned every month. That is the arrangement we prefer, because it keeps the standard honest.
Work like part of the team
Your specialist works inside your Slack or project management tool, uses your templates, and reports in your format. There is no portal to log into and no separate process to learn. If your account manager can brief an employee, they can brief us.
Improve every cycle
Specialists get monthly training on search algorithms and platform updates. Your feedback gets collected every two weeks, so corrections land in weeks rather than at renewal.
What we won't do
We won't take your clients.
We do not work with direct clients at all. Not as a policy we made for one contract, but as how the business has run since 2019. Every agency we work with signs a non-solicitation.
We won't take a margin on links.
If your strategy includes link building, your specialist executes it on your account through your vendor. We do not source links, resell them, or mark them up.
We won't take credit for your work.
We don’t publish client case studies. Your results belong to you and your client. That costs us the easiest marketing asset in this industry, and we are fine with it.
We won't sell you capacity you can't use.
If you are running Local SEO for fewer than five clients, a retainer will sit half-idle and you will feel it by month three. We will tell you that on the call.
We won't promise rankings on a timeline.
Local SEO takes three to six months to move. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling something.
Hold us to these
Values are easy to write and expensive to keep. Every one above costs us something: revenue we turn away, margin we don’t take, and the case studies we could publish but won’t. That is how you tell which ones are real.
So test them. On the call, ask what happens when a deadline is at risk. Ask who reviews the work before it reaches you. Ask what our contract says about your clients. Every value on this page has a mechanism behind it, and every mechanism has an answer.
